Chronicler is a Melodic / Symphonic Death Metal band from Espoo, Finland. We were formed in 2014, under the name of Aeons Forgotten, but renamed ourselves to Chronicler in early 2017. The recordings for our first album, Dawn of a New Era, begun in January 2018, and the album was released on the 9th of March, 2018. Since we had material enough for at least another two albums, we started working on our second album, Veiled in Infinite Illusions, just three weeks after the release of Dawn of a New Era. The recording of Veiled in Infinite Illusions proved a much longer process than the recording of Dawn of a New Era, but, eventually, after 10 months of hard work, Veiled in Infinite Illusions was released on the 8th of February 2018.
