Pour cette version de IV - Mythologiæ, Déhà retire presque tout pour ne garder que les atmosphères au claviers. Voix, guitares et batteries y sont si bouleversantes qu'on peut avoir tendance à considérer les ambiances comme une trame de fond : cet album permet de prendre véritablement conscience de leur puissance émotive. Très texturées et nébuleuses, elles dégagent une tristesse intense ("The drowning angel") mais elle est moins tranchée, moins manichéenne et parfois même source d'espoir !
